The Narco Mindset is based on 12 foundational principles that can be applied to one’s personal, professional, and family life, and its a mindset that transcends gender, age, culture, vocation, and philosophy.
With these principles, the readers of this journal will too have the ultimate mindset to not only survive but to thrive in any arena of life and achieve any goal or definition of success that they put their minds to.
We live in a country where most citizens can not afford decent health care. Yet, our taxpayer dollars are spent to bankroll a corrupt criminal justice system that is not interested in rehabilitating anyone. Instead, their only mission is to warehouse men/women and children as inventory for massive corrupt schemes driven by greed and a lack of human empathy. Massive incarceration has devastated communities of color.
When I saw this, what turmoil filled my heart! I saw myself so stupid and so ignorant; I must seem like an animal to you, O God. But even so, you love me! You are holding my right hand! You will guide me all my life with your wisdom and counsel, and afterward, receive me into the glories of heaven! Whom have I in heaven but you? And I desire no one on earth as much as you! My health fails; my spirits droop, yet God remains! He is the strength of my heart; he is mine forever! But those refusing to worship God will perish, for he destroys those serving other gods. But as for me, I get as close to him as I can! I have chosen him, and I will tell everyone about the wonderful ways he rescues me.
Then as we always do when tragedy strikes us or others near us, the first thing we do is convince ourselves that there is no God; after all, why would a good God allow a father to bury a child? Why would he allow great women never to have babies? Why would a good God allow good people to go hungry and corrupt people to live an extravagant life? Surely, why would a good God, if He is in charge of the universe as some people attest would allow cancer? Or children to go hungry, or addiction to take so many lives? Or, closer to home today, why would a good God allow a virus-like Covid-19 somehow scare and devastate so many people, especially when we see that the rich have become richer and the poor are more and more miserable every day.
